We ship USPS, UPS, 2 Day, Next Day. All orders are shipped from our retail store in Chicago, Illinois. For a destination within the contiguous US, orders totaling $59 or more (before tax) ship free and orders below $59 ship for $5.99.

Superior Nut Chicago is not liable for delays of shipment due to natural disasters, shipping carrier delays that are caused by weather, labor disputes, refusal of package and incorrect shipping information.
Superior Nut Chicago chocolates may require special handling when the weather is warm where your order is being shipped. Chocolates have the potential to melt at 70 degrees Fahrenheit. To assure that your gifts arrive without melting, shipments may require overnight delivery shipping charges or a delay in shipping, depending upon how many days your package will be in transit. In this case 2nd day or overnight delivery charges may be apply and will be added to your order. A customer service representative will contact you should your shipping rate change before applying it to order and credit card. Since we may need to contact you, it is important that you provide us with the best contact information to reach you during our store’s shipping hours 9 am – 5 pm central time.
If you need to ship to a residence and you cannot be home, please leave a note instructing that the package be placed under shade. In the event your package has been sitting in heat, let it stand at room temperature for a few hours to give it a chance to return to normal consistency. Please keep in mind, shade will not ensure that your product doesn’t melt it is just a preventive measure. If possible, try to ship your order to a business address as businesses often receive shipments earlier in the day and someone is onsite. When shipping to a residence and no one is home, the products will either be left outside sitting in the heat or put back in the hot UPS truck.
Superior Nut Chicago is not responsible for melted products but we do want you to be happy!

Incorrect Items Sent
Check your order after you receive it to ensure your order is correct. Any claims must be made within 2 business days of UPS confirmation receipt. We do our best to correctly pick your order; if it is our mistake we will send a call tag to pick up the item and will ship the new product at no extra charge.
Just pack the product in the original box with packing materials and a call tag will be issued for pickup. All products must be unopened and in original packaging. The correct product will be shipped as soon as possible.
Purchaser will be liable for a 20 percent restocking fee and the original shipping charge. If product is lost in returning to our company purchaser is responsible for the full charge.
We are required by law to collect Illinois Sales Tax on all sales with an Illinois shipping address.
We want our customers to be completely satisfied. We do recognize that sometimes product gets damaged en route. If this happens, we request that you contact us so that we can resolve the issue.
