Peaches
Dried peaches are moist, delicious, and full of potassium. Visible in peaches is red-pigmented beta carotene. It is a powerful member of the antioxidant family. Beta-carotene is transformed into vitamin A in the body. It also contains vitamin C and boosts the immune system. It promotes healing and helps prevent cancer, heart disease and stroke.
